i can get a Himax FTA T2 decoder at 2300 and GoTV decoder gives one FTA channels at 2200 per year (subject to increase due to do $$$ rates fluctuations). HiMax has no monthly or yearly charges and i get all local charges apart from Bamba channels.

I wouldn’t advice anyone to buy a Startimes set-top box. Their content is whack. They basically sell you stuff you can get for free with a little initiative. Just buy a Bamba STB…best value for money IMO

people use startimes where there are no other waves…example nyahururu…hakuna signet or bamba and i think gotv is poor…si kutaka ni circumstance

has anyone tried the FTA set top boxes in those places? you can get Signet signal still but free… i dont like the fact that this guys resell free content just cause people dont know the other options out there
