i think the time to crack the whip to this gutter press is now,and to those military officers who are divulging military secrets needs to be investigated and be court martialled

military should be shourded with secrecy ,opening it to public scrutiny is a leeway to all manners of snooping

We the citizens demand transparency if this issue never came to light the government would continue lying to us, kama walichapwa waseme tu ukweli and come up with a better strategy

I think Mzee Katiku will live the rest his life abhoring our patriotism!
These headlines from two patriotic papers in Kenya.

What is transparency to your patriotism deprived mind? Why do you choose to believe what they are saying and not what KDF is saying?

Hiyo ya standard haimek any sense at I 44 killed by VBIED then 24 killed by bullets hiyo inasound kama guess work.

Nkaissery na Omamo wanaconsult vile hawa watu watafinywa makende wawache kuaibisha kenya…but truth be said, we are living in an information age, it would almost be impossible to suppress the truth.

KDF will suppress their info for the sake of their reputation.

I am usually surprised when people are labelled as being against the government when they ask questions when disaster strikes.Certainly it doesn’t make one less of a patriot when one demands accountability. If anything, it is out of asking for accountability that we make our country better. If anybody slept on the job and that led to loss of life, then they should be held responsible. The soldiers we lost, may God grant them eternal rest and comfort their families, are Kenyans, our brothers, fathers, friends etc…If we don’t hold people to account, then we shouldn’t get surprised when another disaster strikes.
