Below is the Winchester Mansion, a victorian mansion crafted by Sarah Winchester, heir to the Winchester rifle fortune, Sarah Winchester continually added on to the house to confuse the spirits who haunted her — those killed by the Winchester guns. She continued to add to her home over a span of 36 years-- from 1886 to 1922.
The house is very interesting. The long stair cases zigzag every direction, and the steps are very short, as she was small in stature.
The hallways are very narrow, and it was all around very dark, only a few windows in the upper level. There are stairs that lead nowhere, and doors just about everywhere.
