A passenger on a Southwest Airlines flight pulled his pants down and masturbated four times on a three-hour flight from Seattle to Phoenix, federal investigators said.
Antonio McGarity was arrested when the flight landed April 2 at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, according to a criminal complaint first obtained by The Daily Beast.
McGarity admitted to masturbating multiple times on the flight in front of a woman sitting next to him, FBI investigators said in the complaint.
The woman said McGarity pulled down his pants early in the flight and masturbated four times in the first hour, according to police. The woman snagged pictures of McGarity in the act to show police, and after McGarity fell asleep she asked a flight attendant to move to a different seat.
McGarity claimed the woman said it didn’t matter if he masturbated and he found that “kind of kinky,” the feds said. But they didn’t buy his story and detained him at the airport.
Southwest told the Daily Beast that McGarity had been banned from all of its future flights.
