This is my prediction for tomorrow. The supreme court shall uphold his impeachment and that shall be the end of the road for Sonko. He can now go back to blingbling business.

ofcourse he will be barred . impeachement is a judicial process which is binding when done procedurally . SUPREME court cant legitimize impunity . thugs , drug dealers and murderers like William Ruto, Sonko, BAbu Owino, Oscar Sudi, Farouk Kibet, Sakaja, Justice Chitembwe, Justice Kantai, Gichuru kplc belong in death row . the Azimio govt will bring in the political goodwill to implement these
I don’t even think Sonko believes he has a chance.
But why is Sakaja allowed to run for governor with no degree?

Because they know his chosen running mate, a system guy, will soon be governor once sakaja does the dirty job for him

Doesn’t that invalidate the whole ticket? Because they ran as a tandem?
These are things that should have been sorted out by the Constitutional courts a longtime ago.
Either way, if he lied about his academic credentials (read - fraud), he should be barred from ever holding public office in a functional democracy that upholds the rule of law. But then again, this is Kenya.
