Am having a moment here. Imagine, with almost 50 million people and an unstable land policy, Kenyans almost feel like soon enough, getting land here will literally be a dream. People in this country work and save for years, even lifetimes just to buy a Mugundaz or Buroti later in their lives.The only other way to afford one faster is either if you have a nice job / business or you win a multibet.

There is a country in South Asia. It goes by the name Bangladesh. Good old East Pakistan. I could have used India, but no, there is a more strategic feature that makes Bangladesh a special case.
