Snobbing Madam Monica Juma

The maturity of Kenya politics is at its infancy stage, and the way this madam has assisted the cross eyed in all her postings. Ama kweli nyani haamini asali ni tamu kuliko ndizi

Ujinga Kambodia, where a jobless non entity called Ka-Wiper still holds sway and imparts his negativity on millions.

siasa za katumani. mkamba is one bitter SOB. he expected Hon. Kalonzo to rise to the helm after one Emilio, then Hon Ngilu was fired from Uhuru Govt, and now the DCJ ! ! ! ! ! kwani iko nene.
CS Monica Juma is kind of sort in the same predicament Hon. Kamotho was in the first 10 years of multiparty politics in kenya. but then, it’s all about maturity.

Haiya! kwani Monica Juma ni Mkamba?

Ya married to Prof Kagwanja

CS Monica Juma is a straight shooter and a career professional. That is to be admired and encouraged. However she should know her position is in a political arena and she needs to fine tune her political skills a lot better. She doesn’t know how yo cultivate networks and friendship while keeping her moral grounds intact. Lastly that Ministry of foreign affairs will be changed soon. CS Juma, CAS Ababu and PS Kamau. All head strong and all want to lead. I’m sure their meetings are stormy.

She is not liked, simple, no offence. She come off abit aloof and condescending. Politicians are easy to handle if you are wise. Just play lip service, be nice and firm at the same time. After all her office is basically setting policy as the PS does the donkey work and CAS does the endless diplomatic travel. She was picked by President Uhuru since she is more forceful in the diplomatic agenda.

She is a professional one of the very best, and she suffers no fools, when she was at the ministry of interior, she used to be too busy for the delegation of politicians, they retaliated by refusing to endorse her as a CS back in 2015. Politicians across the divide are allergic to professionalism and that’s why she is a parish in the political circles.

Monica is married in Maragua, Muran’ga. This nonsense of representing Kambas in cabinet is an agenda that was pushed by her boss(Uhunye) for reasons he knows best.

Are you saying that as a CS, she only represents Kikuyus because she is allegedly married by one?

Huwezi kuwa hujalewa.

Those MPs and senyetors wako na ubaya na the one product of Ukambani that is highly regarded, she left quite the impression when she served in Ethiopia.

:D:D:D:D Cecilly Mbarire is married in western, but elected over the years by people of Runyenjes. Joyce Labosso is married in Nyanza, Ann Waruguru is married in Kericho. And they are still elected in their home areas.
Wavinya is married to a Nigerian but she is more Kamba than a person married in Maragua.
Hate is a funny animal, it can be projected even to your own.

unless you just landed in Kenya you should know cabinet positions are dished out according to
Regional balance amongst other reasons.
In the African set up once a woman is married she belongs to the husband’s clan technically making MJ a Mugikuyu not a Kamba.
All those Kamba MPs can’t be wrong.

On this I think the media didn’t do their homework well. First madam Monica is a great professional and a very smart lady upstairs but has no time for politicians… which is suicidal if you want to thrive in her career as a cs. Secondly I don’t think she cares much whether policians came or not
Thirdly kagwanja is not a professor…yes has a PhD but he is not a prof. And here am writing as someone who has interacted with them in Johannesburg and pretoria

unless ni pombe inaongea, you would know that professionally, a CS in the foreign affairs docket represents the country internationally. S/he does not represent her ethnic group. Don’t be petty.

Ati all those…people…can’t be wrong? Now I am convinced it’s the liqueur speaking.

The insistence on regional balance is to ensure cabinet has human intelligence at hand when matters partaining to every region are discussed, insight regarding the people , the terrain and the situation on the ground makes a world of difference when making policy and. decisionmaking in the highest office in the land. In Monicah’s case her competence makes her a worthy holder of the high office she holds, her insight is really the icing on the cake.

I think regional balance means when on campaign trail, I can say I appointed one of your own. So give me your vote.

ndio nashangaa hata mimi, I thought she’s from Western.

As if I used a dime from you for Le liquer.
Politics is local and perceptions weigh heavily on this sphere.
Yes internationally she represents Kenya but locally she represents the locality she comes from first, think you already aware of the ‘mtu wetu’ syndrome.
