Lilian Waithera was walking in the Nairobi CBD on Monday evening when she collapsed and died.
A bullet was found lodged in her lungs during postmortem.
According to the police, Lilian Waithera, 46 who works at the National Hospital Insurance Fund (NHIF), collapsed and died along Kaunda Street, Nairobi.
Reports show that she was shot from an elevated angle considering the bullet entered on her collar bone…
Kwani hii Kenya tuko na masniper…Weh…Alafu kumbe alikua whistle-blower kwa 1billion NHIF fraud case
buda with technology anything is possible , imagine the things we see in movies are no longer fantasies. tena wana protect 1b, wanapeana kama 50 m wamalize witness case kwisha.
A news report said that the bullet entered through the collar bone (shoulder) and lodged into a lung. The lung was probably filled by the blood.
I suspect a stray bullet.
It is easier to kidnap and kill her in a forest or deserted area or shoot her point blank kama AKA than use a sniper.
