You cannot get an 835 device on that budget so grab 821(Oneplus 3T)

If you have a budget of 30-35k, then nunua simu ya 10k halafu usave for the 5t. Doesn’t make sense to buy a 35k phone ya kushikilia. In any case 5t itashuka Bei in 3 months.
Better still if unaweza pata second hand genuine (from mtu unajua) as you save.
