When I try to verify my location using the SHARED LOCATION option (I use the same location I first opened the account and now that am trying to verify the same) they keep saying they can’t match my location. Anyone in the know should please help.
It wont work like that. U got to go the long way and upload documents like bank statement or utility bill

Tried using GT Bank online-generated receipt and the guys said they didn’t acknowledge it.
But thats a receipt not a statement. And by the way they will reject the statement too if the ‘address’ details do not match those in your skrill profile. Two rejections and your account will be put on temporary suspension.
So the best way forward is to get a bank statement and upload it? Or use KPLC bill
Yap. But nmekwambia kitu wanataka kuangalia ni adress na majina zikue zinamatch. Iyo tu. Isikue kwa skrill ni box 86 Nakuru, na kwa statement ni box 832 Nairobi. Kuna wasee wanaundaga izo verification documents, thats what i went with and succeeded.
