If they just take the 40 we can rest assured that there will be a strike in the future. Why are you hung up on 1 thing and not looking ahead? This never should have happened and to prevent it we should not just keep giving bad deals by arm-twisting workers. Kuna haja gani ujaribu kunegotiate when you are already working? You know that with the kind of government we have the efforts will be frustrated and there will be another problem.

We’ve seen that the gov isn’t a monolith. If a CS and a PS are not working together then what makes you think anything will change next year? The gov may be willing but the people tasked with this are not cooperative.
