Should The Chiefs & Other Administrators Be Arrested In Shaka Horror For Negligence?

Hii Serikali ya Mwizi was a failure from the get go.

You thought illiterate Moi’s management skills were lacking, watch a religious Doctorate Degree holder wreck this country in name of Jesus.

By 2027 mtakuwa mumea an extra 500 braincells to know that Mixing State and Religion is a bad idea. Firweni kabisa.

According to the constitution, Chiefs do not have official duties. They are not public employees, they are personal assistants of the president. You cannot sue them since they do not have any public office recognized by the government. They have no official responsbility to ensure your safety and security. They only report to the president and no one else

Constitution gani hii unasoma ati chiefs report directly to the president?

Chiefs are the most useless govt officials in Kenya. They should be disbanded.

Are Chiefs even recognised in the Constitution?!

Nop, they are not in the constitution, they are private assistants of the president, nothing more. They are not government officials, they are not in the public service. They have no legal obligation to public safety .

But they are paid for by the Public…

You’re contradicting yourself. Mara unasema wako kwa constitution. Tena unasema chiefs hawako kwa constitution. Which is which?

Hii statement yako yote ni false!
Go read the Chief’s Act, Cap 128.

Funny thing is that those missing came from very far areas. Most from western kenya. Sasa chief wa kushikwa ni wa western ama wa shaka horror? Baluhyas are very easy to confuse na religion…think Jehova wanyonyi, yesu wa tongareni, Mary akatsa and many other fake prophets

Niesema hawako

We don’t have a national database of missing persons

Victims wa migingo pia ni wengi. Wapi orangutan @slevyn and his omega 3 fatty acids chieth theory?

Wewe ni dwanzi tu. Constitution is not the only source of law in Kenya. Even though the Constitution is the supreme law of the land, taking precedence over all other forms of law, written and unwritten; most of the laws in Kenya emanate from an act of Parliament. These are introduced into Parliament as Bills.

E.g The Dogs Act, the Nairobi City County Act, etc. Others include Executive orders of the President, e.g in reorganizing his govt. For instance, Cabinet Positions, CAS etc.

There is no act of parliament for chiefs

We need a movie for Mackenzie
