Such a business cannot exist without police protection. To do it for so long that there are code words (maharagwe, mahindi) means it’s an operation that has been going on for years. I’ve always insisted D- materials are the biggest criminals in this country.
Organ harvesting for cash is a a dark side of humanity. A man worth a hundred million dollars will not seat back and die of bad liver or kidney failure when he can buy a baby’s organs. In this dark industry Israel has been mentioned too too many times.
