Justus Kizito, former Member of Parliament for Shinyalu Constituency, became mentally ill as he was in the process of selling jubilee agenda at a rally in Western yesterday and CORD supporters; being kind and generous as they always are; decided to “carry” him peacefully to a psychiatrist for treatment.
