A man caught at State House was on Wednesday arraigned in court where he pleaded guilty to trespassing the president’s residence.
William Ngene told the court he wanted to see the presidential residence ‘live’ and that was why he went in illegally.

The 29-year-old entered the President’s home on March 6 without permission and was arrested by security personnel.
The court directed the suspect to remain in custody until March 18 when the case will be mentioned.
Ngene’s case follows a series of incidents among which several people were caught in separate occassions invading State House.
Last year, Kadhik Juma Walter sneaked into State House at night claiming that he was Kenyatta’s friend, after he apparently met the President during a campaign rally in Western.
Juma told the court he did not have enough fare to go back to Western and opted to visit the President’s residence since they were friends.
