It has moved up one bob on the sell side.

:D:D:Dso kitunguu inanuka for us who earn in dorrars… long live nabiii

We purchased @140 yesterday from KCB.

We are not import dependent. We just have assholes who believe everything has to be imported. It will give locals the upper hand and things will balance out eventually.

Importers ndio wanaumwa juu biashara yao inaumia. Wanafichanga hiyo process kama bangi ndio wajifanye kuna kitu extraordinary wanafanya

Imagine it’s easier to import a metric ton in the US than to import anything here juu huku lazima upanue haga uende kwa mtu wa juju, pasta wenyu akuombee. Alafu umeze mumaa

We import basic stuff like matchbox, pens, pencils, staples, toothpicks. But we do politics everdyay to notice we are sustained via imports and we do zero exports.

The only groups that create wealth in Kenya are the Asian industrialists and the farmers (like me). The rest are just pests.

Things we do not need to import but we do anyway. A weaker shilling will make it uneconomical to import such things, and drive up local manufacturing. In gatheca’s era, precious dollars were being used to “bolster” the shilling to keep the shilling value high ndio importers wake wasaidike instead of using the money for important economic activity, we were wasting it fake buying kenyan shillings
