Original group ya NHIF na yeye aitishe cut…
It was easier to scrap off the whole thing… Nd benefit 100% from the contribution… Without the NHIF players benefiting…
Otherwise… Improving NHIF would have meant raiya waongeze contribution… Which might have resulted to demonstrations…
