Circumstancial means there’s no evidence. Also FBI won’t be involved in this one. It’s local police since it’s not interstate. But trust me on murder cases they do their best. But by the time they realized she’s missing, that dude had probably cleaned up all the evidence, aligned his stories, and probably refused to cooperate. It will be solved though eventually.
