Ngirichi blamed her woes on politics while speaking to the press concerning the saga.

She alleged that she doesn’t owe the company any money.

“As far as I am concerned, I don’t owe them any money which they are claiming to have accrued since 2017.

“They claim the debt is for parking, fueling and servicing of a helicopter that I used in my 2017 campaigns,” she said.

According to Ngirichi, the company went to court without her knowledge, and that she was not aware of such an issue until auctioneers stormed her Karen house.

“The auctioneers descended on my residence and took away all the households including a Sh2 million television set.

“Because I wanted to save my items, I decided to deposit the cash with the court as I move to court for an appeal,” she said.

Huyu Ngirici ni vile tuu in pesa but yeye hunikalia wale Kikuyu momo lanyes wa downtown. Akisota halafu aingie Goodhope atafit kabisa.

Hii alikataa kulipa juu ya ujeuri.

"According to Ngirichi, the company went to court without her knowledge, and that she was not aware of such an issue until auctioneers stormed her Karen house. "

That part is correct, she has learnt the lesson. Street smart wealthy people have court process servers on payroll to check the statues in courts. I know process server who milks these guys kabisa. Ngirichi should also know some Auctioneers also act ask process servers as well,so if this is politically engineered then those involved play their cards right. An auctioneer is very powerful I remember back in the day when NCC clamped KPLC vehicles for parking fees,KPLC obtained court orders to attach properties of NCC,the clever auctioneers attached the garbage trucks and patrols cars.

NCC moved to court and all the parties agreed, the auctioneers were exempted from paying any licensing from any local governments in the Republic,So Ngirichi amekaribishwa Kanairo, she thought only DCI which can cause havoc.

Kwanini hiyo brothel huitwa good hope ? Hakuna good hope hapo …Balaa tupu

We live in a shithole

5million ni kidogo. She will raid the coffers for more. I love Kenya

It’s chopper season now , and politicians will have choppers to fly them around, so, do these companies outsource these choppers , around election cycles, or the demand is there all along ?

Which of these two is her best defense?.. Note she’s not saying whether or not she used these people’s helicopter for the campaign…

Auctioneers were temporarily stopped by a court from seizing household items belonging to Kirinyaga Woman Representative Purity Ngirici.
The auctioneers from NSC had raided her Karen home on Monday, August 9, in a bid to seize goods worth Ksh 5 million over a debt of a similar amount owed to Flex Air Charters. The order was issued by Principal Magistrate D.M Kivuti on Friday, August 13.

“that there be a temporary stay of execution pending further directions of the court, and that the application be served upon the respondents (Purity and her husband Andrew Ngirici) for interparty directions on August 23, 2021,” Kivuti stated.
Ngirici had hired helicopters between May 8 and August 17, 2016, during her campaigns which accumulated to a Ksh5.9 million debt.
Speaking about the matter, the Woman Rep alleged that she was not aware of the matter until auctioneers landed at her home on Monday.

“The auctioneers descended at my residence and took away all the household items including a Ksh2 million television sets.
“The whole thing is political; these were my enemies at play. The statement I made over the weekend has really touched them,” she added.
Ngirici’s husband, Andrew Ngirici, claimed that he is an astute businessman who had invested in real estate projects. He added that the house raided by the auctioneers belonged to one of his tenants.
"I want to put the record straight, I am a businessman who owns a house in Karen, and if auctioneers have raided my tenant, that is not me. I don’t stay in Karen, I stay in Muthaiga.
“If there is anyone who has any issue with me, he or she should come straight to me, but so far no one has come forward concerning the issue. Those are haters, sellouts seeking to soil our names,” Andrew stated.

I still believe this was an exaggeration on her part: :D:D:D:D
