Most public projects don’t make any revenue. Like roads. When gava builds it you can use it for free. They do it to facilitate business. Plus hio loan ikilipwa within the next 10 years na reli ifanye kazi more than 50 years itakua imejilipia.

Look at it as an infrastructure not a business. The business part of it is just a small fraction.

SGR so far has provided a fast, efficient, reliable means of goods and passenger transport and it continues to do so.
In future when the economy of Kenya and Uganda expands SGR will still be transporting people and goods for both economies.

In 100 years when 99.99564% of current human beings in Kenya are dead SGR will still be doing its thing.
