I had been planning to travel to 047 from 001 next week and wanted to kuonja a ride on the (in)famous SGR,sasa kizumgumkuti niliyokuwa nayo ilikuwa ni booking ,time ya kwenda hadi Miritini ndio ilikuwa haipatikani so I had to look for other means of getting the ticket.
Yesterday, kuingia traintickets.co.ke I was not convinced hio platform was working,nikaachana nayo.Then tried Kenya Railway’s customer care number for booking 0709388888,as expected call was not going through (number busy).After about 5 minutes call ikaingia but was told to call today juu booking is only done 3 days in advance.
So Leo by 7am nilikuwa nishaanza kucall,finally after 30 minutes of redialling a gentleman picked up and gave me the paybill no. 809888 and a/c number and told me to pay 700 and go with the mpesa message to get my ticket on day of travel.
