serious insomnia...

Who is still awake at this ungodly hour? over the last couple of few weeks i have been hit a huge bout of insomnia, i dont know where its coming from but i just cant get sleep i can go to bed at around 2300hrs and by 0430hrs i will be still awake just rolling and turning in bed. I have tried piriton but hata nikimeza tatu they cant still get me to sleep, i am not stressed neither am I anxious. Am still at the bar hitting shots of VAT69 hoping that they will ease my morning…how i wish i was tom:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:

i run for like 3kms on tuesdays and fridays coupled with extreme warm downs and aerobics bro

Happens when you wait for sleep. The more you wait the more it stays away. You need something to bore you. How about some bedside music

Try progressive muscle relaxation meditation whenever you lose sleep. It might help you fall back to sleep. You can google for details. Otherwise @Luther12 atuambie insomnia ni symptom ya ugonjwa gani.

I also find it hard staying idle in bed waiting to sleep, I would rather be reading something or watching something ndio usingizi hunibeba, staying idle kwa bed I will start thinking of so many things na sitalala, just woke up thirty minutes ago na sioni nikilala till arnd 4 am

There’s something called sleep hygiene, and it’s not about taking a shower before going to bed though that’s obviously important too. Just the usual stuff: go to bed at same time daily, begin to wind down by avoiding over exciting stuff at least one hour before bedtime, have your meals at least two hours before bedtime, etc. Alcohol is by no means a solution, neither is piriton. Nature’s best sleep inducers are coitus (said to be better than diazepam), a glass of warm milk and/or a ripe banana.
