Well since u asked and if I were you (assuming the arguements in your proposal are convincing enough)this is what I would do. Go to the most goverment connected person you know and present your arguement. If you can convince them to connect you to the most connected person they know … like that up the chain; soon rather than later you’ll be sitting in your desired office. Important to note, offer incentive in the form of a small percentage of the stake if the deal goes through … all the way up the chain. Your local MP especially if in UDA will get you an appointment with Moses Kuria who might be more accessible.
