What is the best PC based OBD II software that has codes for Japanese and European models. I have a handheld Autel AL 519 but it is not able to read VW Passat codes. I have tried updating it but it never finishes the update process.

Natumianga ya Bosch obd2. Hata hivyo nowadays people don’t use those gadgets… people have apps on the phone and using a connector you get bad codes reading on your phone. Will call my friend to tell me the app name.
