Until we make an example of a few arsonists (or students if u like) schools will keep burning and ,God forbid, we will soon have another “Kyanguli tragedy”. Anybody who has the “balls” to burn a learning institution and inconvenience other students should treated like the criminal he/she is…We need to send a strong message to those whom this idea is still “germinating” in their heads and the only thing they will be burning is the “midnight oil” revising for mocks and National Exams.
