It’s only teachers and parents who can bring sanity in these learning institutions . Rules and regulations can be changed if needs be …the current ones are colonial

As much as i may want to agree with you, did this kids just wake up yesterday and discover 'oh sh!t, this rules are archaic, let’s burn a dorm. Me think it’s deeper. We should also explore the repercussions of banning motivation fees and development funds. The teachers are disgruntled, this was part of their personal income.

It’s a pity how some of us as Kenyans prefer to air our grievances by destroying what is there to help us.
This is stupidity and the teachers and parents should try to sit and reason with their kids.
That said, the criminals burning the dorms should face the law and get imprisoned.

I agree. Kids nowadays are stupid spoiled brats who think the world revolves around them. I had gone to one of the campuses in Nairobi yesterday and was shocked when some of the students confronted me demanding that I should “manage” them.
