In my thread about judge odunga this is exactly what I’m talking about. My interest wasn’t the Miguna case but a time when in Kenya a big shot like this one can appear in court and face the music.
Here we can’t even extradite criminals who have been found guilty in other jurisdictions since they use the same money they stole from us to corrupt the judicial system.

No, we took laws from nations where the reality is very different, adjusted them to have an idealist utopia in mind and forgot about reality. These are the loopholes being exploited by criminals and politicians before the courts. The judges subscribe to this “utopia” as well and fail to take judicial notice of reality in Kenya. This “petition” surmises how ridiculous the Kenyan judicial system has become.
