From their facebook this is how they execute it: They first tell a client that they offer 100 % financing on construction and but later when the project completes the cut on income is 30% client, 70% developer’s from returns in a period of 15yrs after which they handover the project to the owner… But first you have to pay a membership fee of like 30K or 35k which is non refundable whether they take the project or not… Of course on their side they have no interest of undertaking… Now to get you off their back for good, they tell you about other hidden charges… Your are required to pay 20% of the project cost upfront… If it’s a 10M project you pay 2M… If you are a fool and pay this… Hata hiyo itameza maji as they have never undertaken any project and I don’t think they have the expertise or now how…
