Relatively, the bigger the memory, the cheaper it gets. Also considering transcend is more expensive than western digital, the price comparison is not totally unfair.

Okay, but i’d still prefer western Digital cause the price per size is incredible. i’ve had a WD elements 4tb drive for about 3 years now and a transcend 1tb drive for 5 years and i don’t see any difference in performance.
If WD drives were easily available in kenya Transcend would be out of business.
Never mind this. i’ve checked and they’re roughly the same price on Jumia. WD drives should be cheaper though but, Kenyans.
its better if you have a relative who’ll bring them for you, thats how i got mine.
These Hard disks are just the same. If pry open the casings, the disks could just be Samsung or Seagate. Casing tu ni ya Branding.
