This is what makes me annoyed with the situation in Kenya.
Funds meant for the massive Galana Kulalu irrigation scheme were looted leading to its collapse and the departure of the Israeli consultants in disgust.
Arror and Kimwarer dams did not even get past the drawing board when all the funds were looted.
I don’t know if the Thwake dam project will succeed or collapse as well if the looting hyenas descend on it.
If we had done all these projects successfully, we would not be bothered by what is happening in Ukraine as our granaries and grain silos would be full to the brim.
Where is the money sent to that county going? Hao jamaa ni kununua properties nairobi while their people are dying.
People should be chased away from urban areas and be forced to do farming. Food is the most important thing in life. You can’t buy a Range Rover when your stomach is empty

Egypt and Israel are arid too but they export a lot of food. Tana River water can irrigate thousands of acres if Kenyans are serious.
