Another day in kagegeville
Shait. Why implement a meffi system for the sake of it
Mtalijua jiji. Watu wamekuwa wakikanywa ju ya huu mtu wanajifanya wajuaji.
Whatever suffering Kenyans are going through right now, I pray that kikekuyu and kalemenos peasants suffer ten times more.
Githeri media have no ethics. So hawakumsaidia?
Kumira kumira.
Hasra tawara
it’s called wealth transfer, paying full for dialysis is not sustainable to a huge % of people world wide, leave alone Kenya.
what else is that woman gonna sell next time and every other time the husband visit hospital ?
Hakunanga mahali sad kama hospitali.
Hapo ndio unaona pesa can literally mean life or death bila mchezo.
Watu wengi sana huuza mashamba zao uzeeni juu ya medical bills. Even worse, they sell that land cheaply juu wako desperate and people like me who are liquid take full advantage kwanza ukijua ni bills za hospitali zinawakimbiza. It is a cruel and heartless game but one man’s crisis is another man’s opportunity.
My advice to people hukuwa not to wait until you need to sell your land urgently. The more desperate you are for the money, the more likely you will accept a lowball offer from sharks like me.
Poleni sana those who voted for RUTO, expectations zilikuwa juu. Mimi kama team Tinga, nilijua umbwa ni umbwa tu hata ikikuja kama inalia kama mbuzi kwa giza. Hata nimekumbuka kusema haya. Huwa nachukia Ruto but sasa naona nikianza ku appreciate what he’s doing to this country. Watu wamee akili waache ku vote na feelings.
Gachagua is already angling to line up another group of Tugege politicians from Mlima. The circuit is closed
Do you think it’s fair? Isn’t that taking advantage…why not give the rightful offer
Serakali ya Jambasi has fcked everyone over other than Mpigs.
The world is not fair. The sooner you learn that, the better.
Unless he’s dialyzed quickly he will be dead within a few days from hyperkalemic cardiac arrest. He knows it, very sad!
Yea. Quite sad. Knowing you have a short time then you die has gotta be most excruciating experience. Pray for him @messiahette. And us too.
Hajapatiana number asaidike
That’s the end game
Njugush held a fundraiser to start him off which is nothing short of a miracle.
However dialysis is really not the best solution for end stage kidney failure. My pal recently passed away from this disease and it’s no joke. It’s extremely burdensome to the patient and their family members. Imagine they have to go to the hospital two to three times every week, for at least 3 hours per session and have someone transporting them back and forth. It makes it very hard to have a life or hold a job because dialysis becomes the bane of their existence. These patients can’t enjoy meat or high protein foods and must severely limit their fluid intake. Then there’s infection risk, or sometimes the machine takes out too much fluid and blood pressure plummets so they have to be admitted for stabilization. Then if they don’t adhere to the strict diet or miss a couple of sessions, their blood accumulates excess acid, potassium and water which can kill someone in all sorts of ways.
The best course of treatment is kidney transplant, but where do you get the organs without having a robust national organ donation program and who’s going to pay for the anti-rejection medicine? Kidney failure in this country is basically a death sentence.
I guess you’re just a shit person anyway. You got like 80 odd years on this planet if you’re lucky. No justification whatsoever to exploit people scouring for medical bills dude and bragging about it. Jinga sana.
