Fall in global commodity prices

expound why it is giving the SA currency such a dogs beating

what exactly do you do my bratha as your profession? Does this mean we should expect a strong rebound? And why the Japs only, nini wanajua kile wengine hawajui

it was in a space of 4 days, friday to monday

The South African has continued to slump over the past few days. The currency has fallen by over 3% against the US$ this week alone, and by almost 12% over the past month. This weakness has, of course, come alongside a broader sell-off in emerging market currencies. This suggests at least in part, that it is global factors that have been the main drivers of the depreciation. Renewed concerns about the potential impact of a tapering of the US Fed’s unconventional monetary policy stimulus have dulled investors’ appetite for risk. Meanwhile, falls in global commodity prices have additionally weighed on the currencies of commodity-producing countries, such as South Africa.

should i expect a similar fate to all producing countries.
two does this mean by extension total commodities and their raw materials might get cheaper or a drastic reduction in production might be exprienced?
how the us dollar is gaining against currencies look suspicious…
is the next front in warfare(economic) is already taking place.
i hope my highness isnt interfering with cohherence

Small correction. The Rand was one of the top 3 currencies that recorded the most activity in Japan yesterday. Not demand. As for what I do, am a simple NGO officer.

Even before the fed increased the interest rates, I remember researching what impact it would have and in more than 3 articles, there was mention of SA being affected by that move. 2016 us going to be a long year for them because Fed may increase the interest rates 4 times this year.

The more the rand falls the more returns I make… God bless Zuma for messing up that economy.

Sasa mtu kama wewe ndio tulikuwa tunangoja, biashara gani hii

the us dollar should be unsurped as the world reserve currency.
i am living for the day the brics will unveil their hybrid reserve currency.
this autonomy brings impunity. the usa should be cut down to size
