RUTO Tribalism in govt Employment

Elders if open appointments are 70% kalenjin , imagine Civil service na police , millitary recruitment that will be opaque and not very clear to the common man . how can only one community be getting 70% of all employment in a govt that we all pay taxes ?

i remember warning talkers MOI 2.0 is on the horizon and how in the 90s Kenyans were wearing torn clothes na kupiga laps town ni kama nothing is wrong . MOI had looted via Goldenberg and the economy was dead . ilikuwa ni ma sweep from IMF daily as MOI begged while looting , the burden was on the common man . unakula boiled vegetables na sembe bila kusumbua . ndula unavaa yenye ina smile bila kelele .

I’m still happy i did not participate in voting this time. A system of the most repulsive

politicians and leaders. A lot of the time i really pity the poor ones and at the same

I also happen to be working at Coast, fika hapa KPA, ujionee over 80% of workers here are coast people right from managerial positions, yet KPA is a parastatal!

Based on your reasoning, tribalism would only occur if 80- 100% of workers are Kalenjin/Kikuyu?

Colonialism occured while 90% of workers were African.

Here is the truth… tribalism, nepotism, racism is mostly propagated through leadership. Doesn’t matter if the bottom appears balanced.

Was probably worse. Difference is that he went for proven performers from the mountain…and he brought them in gradually unlike nabii who wants to change all personnel within the first 6 months. I don’t remember kibaki recalling envoys before end of their terms…or directors before end of their terms
