Ruto has already shown all his card to his opponents. He is desperate and that’s why things are not going according to his plans. He approached ODM and got fucked over by giving many CS posts. He went to Uhuru and he also managed to screw him over by taking away some CS post and give it to his men. Maybe that’s the reason why he keeps getting more loans because the terms of those loans will fuck us as a country later but since he is desperate, he agrees to ever condition attached to those loans

If Raila wants something he used to call him or come to him but this “genius” stupidly gave out positions, some as powerful as the energy and treasury dockets to ODM. Makes me wonder what are the terms of all the loans he is busy accepting. Remember Uhuru and Raila were denied loan to extend all the way to malaba but Ruto was given despite our economy not showing promises that they can say back the loan
