That is what you understood from reading my comment, but when I write,I’m originating from a considered thought that he will manipulate the process from start to end, infact I assume he is at 60% in implementing his manipulative schemes , past leadership never cared to ensure iebc is capable in delivering a fair and credible election and finally, the power of money . I’m sure many ‘businesses’ want to benefit from the PPP and loans/bonds looting and they will sponsor his reelection.
