- Pokots huiba ngombe, na mbuzi
- Bukusu steal maize and small food crops
- Kikuyus steal money
- Mt Elgon maasai(sabaots) steal land
- Jaluo break houses and steal households
- Wakisii huiba mabibi za watu

Kiambu is part of Nairobi and land is no longer affordable there but I agree with you, some places kuna issues.
