Outside my shop …few meters kuna this garage ya motorbikes …the garage has few spare parts , so I saw an opportunity n stocked motorbike spares …

The garage has few customers coz it’s operated by waminyotas … drunkard mechanics …akipata tu 50 mbio kwenda kutoa lock …

If this mechanic picks a spare from the shop na hajalipa …sahau coz hatailipa …hata customer hawaamini hawa mechanics …I remember last Sunday a customer came to my shop paid for tube 300, na 100 nipatie huyo mechanic as he was in a hurry going to church … the mechanic mrasta flani came for the tube n the 100 za kazi …thinking alifanya kazi , customer kutokea church anapata vile aliwacha bike imetolewa rim tube bado kuwekwa its already 4 pm na aliwacha 8 a.m …mechanic kutafutwa ni mlevi kabisa …kumbe tube aliuzia customer mwingine @200/= , na akalewa 200+300+100

Inageuka vita , customer anabuy anatha tube na kubeba toolbox ya huyo rasta …

Sasa jana yule rasta akaniomba Y spanner …woiiiiiiiiiii sahii kumuitisha aliuza 60 na akakunywa …

How do u deal with such a case ?

Okay help me understand this. Unajua tabia zao na umekua kwa front row seat in this shit show. How the hell do you endup giving them items on credit and still expect them to pay?

Peleka mechanic rehab if you care that much about him supporting your biz. If not, cut ties totally.
