Property tycoon Harban Singh, whose company was linked to an attempt at grabbing Langata Road Primary School 's playground, has died.

The man popularly referred to as Amrit in the Asian community in Kenya, is said to have fallen and injured his head.

Family sources said Amrit died at Aga Khan hospital on Wednesday after being rushed to the ICU on Monday.
