Anything that helps mankind clear the entropy that manifests as umalaya is welcome. It is unacceptable to have lanyes export decadence from urban centres to the villages in the name of kuendea baraka za wazazi. Careless driving caused the accident. The driver of the hired matatu was overtaking and collided head on with a pickup. That said, the section should be expanded and made one way or put a barrier between the lanes all along the bridge.
