He was involved in a fatal accident hapo Maungu along Msa Voi stretch . A very social guy and you woudnt know he was a senior cop if you met him outside the office due to his humble self. I was meant to meet him on Thursday for a meeting but it seems what we were to discuss would never be. His driver who called me today ameniambia he was meant to travel with him but boss aka insist he will drive alone. RIP, sote tuko safarini.
