Actually late 90s i was in primary…nili ingia seco 1999…i started seeing these guys ma 2000 after nianze ma floodiz kenya cup…those were the days of kina sammy khakhame victor sudi tito oduk collins injera would come to the lineout for ulinzi from centre/wing…kina okwaro from kisumu that time he was playing fullback for machine…i used to ogopa the dude…he was pure brawn with real hard tackles wah…not forgetting my first beers na parking lot manenos jioni…cheers to the good ol days…then after that it was kengeles or groove carnivore. I actually used to tell myself if id ever play club rugby it would be with ulinzi…better to play with them than against them…guys were hard.
Nyinyi mlikuwa Nairobi us we were in Naks. Khakhame is a legend. Small frame but great scrum half.
