It could be something minor like “Overdue Service” ( ..which my other “Mke Wa Mtu CSR Initiative” can quickly provide relief..).
Or a developing serious condition that needs proper Clinical Investigations and Consultations.
We need to set up a Surgery appointment to look further into the matter..
