Clearly the usa views Africa very lowly in its priorities. So that whole trip was a farce. Then they wonder why China is the partner of choice in the continent. That trip also was just photo op’s, talking shops with nothing of benefit to Africa. He could just have used Teleconference. Spare usa taxpayers money for the homeless there and we save the millions on security personnel to guard him here.
If the Chinese FM was in town we would be getting a billion or two donation for a charity program like drought relief. A few billions for a social program like hospital and a commercial project like a road bypass.
