Azimio la Umoja executive director Raphael Tuju now claims that Deputy President William Ruto was paid to support Uhuru Kenyatta’s presidential bids.

Speaking on Wednesday, Tuju insisted that the DP never supported the President willingly, as he publicly says.

“He was paid. Let the people of Mt Kenya not think Ruto supported Uhuru willingly, this is a person of blackmail. I can confirm before a court of law how,” he told Inooro FM.

Tuju noted that DP Ruto joined Uhuru with a set of demands, which led to him getting half of all cabinet slots.

He disclosed that Ruto backed the President with a set of demands that had to be met.

“To him (Ruto) politics is business and that is why when he was making appointments in the cabinets and parastatals, he had to be given a 50 per cent share.”

Ruto hunikumbusha watu kama mobutu sese seko

This also implicates ouru

It has been public knowledge for awhile, lakini ndio Tuju aiseme saa hii, haina impact.

Hata wewe ukiwa opportunity support someone for free or get paid to support someone which will you go for???
