Kesho namna gani my friend kwa ile lokesen undisclosed, sorry for the derailment.
Are the residents part of the irrigation scheme or it’s run by the government?
mischief detected
My friend. Tulisema end month. Na Sunday sio siku mzuri. Friday is best.
Told you this government is a scam
So what mischief is there in my thread?
a) Government publication saying they have given residents of Galana- Kulalu aid?
b)Billions of shillings have been spent on the Galana- Kulalu project?
c)That the project is successful.
There has never been any justification that the project was viable at all…
and then the implementing agency NIB; that is something else which is more than a joke
mischief because someone as well-infomrmed as you knows galana/kulalu is not a small holder irrigation scheme and farmers in it’s neighbourhood would be as distressed as those in any other drought-striken area…
Really? You want to tell me with project CSR activities 1&2 farmers in Galana are still distressed as those in drought stricken areas?

@Okiya, the project is still in its formative stages, we are still testing its viability. Hope it will be successful
OK let’s be hopeful for its success. In the meantime, here is what 3 consultants hired by GOK said about the project.
