Niko na loan ya HELB ya 146k na nimeangukia deal flani that will pay handsomely… Since sina anything in mind ya kufanyia hiyo pesa I was thinking of kuilipa possibly yote in this month.
Bado sijagraduate so naona heri nimalizane nayo at this time ndio isinihaunt later.
Is this really a great idea?
Helb is a gift from the gavament
Na Gifts are not returned… Is this what you trying to say:D
Lipa Helb umalize deni. Hawa watu watakusumbua baadae.
Peasant in Chief
Kijana mdogo una pupa sana na maisha. Ponda raha, HELB itajilipa tuuuuuu.
Pia pesa ya raha itajileta. Na vile tu umesema mimi ni kijana mdogo so bado niko na miaka za kutengeza pesa na raha kabla familia ikuje
Lipa hio loan, i also did the same and was releaved that sina pressure ya bure hanging around me…
Pay 10% of the money you get. Izo zingine tafuta investment uekelee. Ama watu wa helb wamekushika makagari?
Usiskize watu huku. We lipa iyo loan ukuwe clearee uishi stress free ukijua huna loan yoyote ya mtu.
Siezi lipa loan ya Gover. Wacha wanifuate hadi kaburini. Kenyan Gover owes you more than you can think.
only thing is that hii loan itakuja kusaidia other behind you. no poa kulipa ukiweza
- Weke pesa yote high interest earning fixed deposit a/c alafu uisahau Ukimaliza kusoma ulipe HELB loan yote na utabaki na some good amount.
Hii ndio ile umeffi hukuambia uskie guilty ulipe, while the government is busy squandering money on useless bloated cabinets.
Usiwahi lipa HELB unless uko formal employment, of which you dont have a choice. Get back at the govt nice and easy.
Zi… ni vile sitaki niwe nakatwa pesa for years na labda saa hiyo napata under 50k
Hiyo ndio shida yangu. Najua I may get employed some day na hiyo pesa ni mingi sana nitakatwa pesa for a very long time plus pia kutakuwa interest.
No need to rush repay it unless you’re not financially disciplined. Normally, they give you a bit of grace period after you graduate. After the grace period is over, you can pay at your own pace even as low as 1500/- per month. Unless you have no future, 1500/- will be pocket change once you get a job or start a fulltime business.
My advice…invest that money somewhere. Don’t plunder it. Think of how you can grow it. Loan ya 150K at 4% p.a. should never ever give anyone sleepless nights.
Word of caution, once the loan repayment time arrives, always make sure you pay something per month (even if it’s as low as 500/-) that will help you avoid the 5,000/- penalty.
@Brianmwas the other option is, stagger the payments.
Fanya plan ya 4-6 months. Say you’re to pay 146k per month. Repay between 36-26k per month. Invest the other 110-120k each month.
A penny saved a penny repayed
Kwani watu hulipa helb
my guy ana clear HELB na bado haja graduate.
:D:D am surprised to see such a thread…
Pesa siku_invest sitalipa. Unless wanitafute kwa hasira then nitalipa.
