So for the past year been debating relocating to sides za coast, Diani has been heavily praised. But either way, is it a viable endeavor? Any retort is welcome…

Consider Diani and even kilifi town. But make sure you look at beach plots they are costly but safer. If you want piece of mind avoid community land and ambiguous land (usually quite cheap).

If I had your choice, I would not even flitch. I’m in Nairobi because of the kids school is superior, biz can’t relocate and its closer to home in RV. I need to stay close to my parents and extended family. Diani is a dream holiday home destination. When all is done I want to retire there.

Id suggest you research alafu utafute ka side hustle haiko huko…which will be hard. Theres literally all spectrum from coding to puśsy remodification. Good luck man

I have been in coast for the past seven years and I think it’s the best decision I ever made in my life.

I have a place in Mtwapa, stayed there for five years, had to relocate but rather than sell I rented it out, I kept the SQ for myself when I need a break. When time comes I will either stay there or in Uganda

I go there for vacation but I can’t imagine living there with that heat.
