Times have changed and we have to accept that.
Technology has revolutionized the world, we have to accept that.
Children now know more at a younger age than their parents and older generations did at the same age, we have to accept that.
We have to accept too that they are exactly copying what is happening in society.
You see, adolescents want to act as adults, be regarded as adults but handle as kids when they err. That people, is utter bullshit. Remember your mama spanked you when you became too mischievous(for the oldies at least. These other people born yesterday might never have experienced that)
When a grown as man acts like a baby, what happens? The Kenyan society gets furious. Why not do the same to these 16 year olds? After all, they so want to be independent and create their own identities they don’t care what adults think.
And @Karlmax, that girl sees you as her hero, her guardian angel that’s why she can even confide in you. Yes she erred, but who hasn’t?
guess who’ll be blamed if anything goes wrong with, on or for her? WEWE.
So stop whining, as much as amekukosea and strategize on your next move. Something good can come or of some tragedies, just like these guys sung;
" My heart is breaking for my sister and the con
that she called “love”
When I look into my nephew’s eyes…
Man, you wouldn’t believe the most amazing
things that can come from…
Some terrible nights… ah"
