The likes of akina Banda, urithi and others.
Its a scam. Its simple. They buy land. Fully construct phase 1. Fully sell phase one. Phase one wins the hearts of future investors…they come up with a bigger plan for phases 2 and 3. Suck in alot of new invetors who saw success of phase one. Get plenty of money as deposits. Top management swindles the money…now they don’t have money for phase 2 or 3. Mbio za paka na panya zinaanza…they close the company…then open under new name… repeat the whole process again.
Man garra eat.

Its wrong to call foolish people investors. There is no law against making a fool part with his own Money.
A man who hands over his lifetime savings to a stranger and sits back waiting for house keys is a fool.
What we should be asking, is why have these scams thriving in a country that boost to adhere to the tenets of Law and Order.
The whole of Justice system is the one that is at fault here.
Ouch.
Justice system is a catalyst in this frauds, appetite for hustle free good results is the last nail on the coffin.
