Yes RC means regional commissioner they are like gavanas but more powerful.
Politically, Tanzania is where we were in the 70s and 80s. TZ government doesn’t kill people haphazardly, but kupigwa huwa common sana. In terms of the risk of being beaten, it is like a school.

Kwanza the RC for Dar es Salaam Paul Makonda. Dude is too powerful and arrogant. He was in Egypt just before the Taifa Stars vs Harambee stars game. He said they were playing for the CCM party. It made most Tzians who don’t support CCM to withdraw support
